Perthshire Open Studios 2015. Turquoise Route - Saturday 4th September to Sunday 13th September 2015.
Open throughout Perthshire and Kinross-shire daily; I will have my studio open Tuesday 8th, Wednesday 9th, Thursday 10th,
Friday 11th September, 2015 each day from 10am to 5pm and 6pm to 8pm. Should you find this to be inconvenient and wish to visit on one of the other days for this event, please ring me on 01577 864297 or 07780 365 168 to make an appointment to view. Such an appointment will enable you to see my entire oeuvre throughout the cottage as well as in the studio, the door to which is at one end of the property at the mutual road entrance. Please also note that the road through Milnathort to the north to Tillywhally direction may be closed during opening times. There is a way round this and I can help by giving instructions.

There are three Showcase Exhibitions to be open during this open studio event:-

Pitlochry Festival Theatre Exhibition in the River Room from 26th August until 29th October, 2015. Open from 10am each
day and displaying one work from each of those artists with a venue in POS who have chosen to exhibit at this Taster Showcase. A good point to pick up a POS brochure if you are coming from the northern direction.

Barn Gallery, Blackruthvenfield, Tibbermore, Perthshire from 29th August to 13th September 2015. Open from 10am to 5pm
daily until 4pm on Sunday 13th
. A Showcase Taster Exhibition with works representing artists with venues all over Perth & Kinross, enabling visitors to choose which to visit.

Top-Up Gallery, Kinross Property, Breslin and Mckeen, venue 48, 94 High St. Kinross. This exhibition contained within venue
48 will display one work from each exhibitor on the Turquoise Route confined to Kinross-shire. Open daily 10am to 5pm, during POS week from Saturday 5th
to Sunday 13th September. A good port of call for those coming from the south to pick up a POS brochure which contains details of all these exhibitions and decide which artist or artists to visit.

Edinburgh Art Fair, Corn Exchange from Friday, November 13th to Sunday November 15th 2015.

I am listed on the Scotland's Artists website:
The website for the Fife Dunfermline Printmakers Workshop is and contains details and images of original prints by members, including a selection of prints by Thora Clyne created in the last few years.

The Mew Gallery is my converted stone barn studio space at Tillywhally Cottage, just 40 minutes drive from Edinburgh and
5 minutes from Junction 6 on the M90 motorway. Follow the signs for Milnathort then head north at the mini roundabout,
following the road uphill out of the village and past the Orwell Church on the left. Turn left at the Tillyrie sign and continue to the
first cottage on the right.
Framed oil paintings, watercolours, prints and drawings of cats, flowers, landscapes, foreign places and still life adorn the walls,
the prices ranging from 10 for an unframed drawing, to from 300 for a watercolour of 'Wedding Breakfast' (see below) to 750
for an oil painting on canvas.
Also on display and for sale are watercolours, drawings and sketches created by my brother, William D. Clyne, the subjects
including Caithness, Cape Town, Paris, Banff, London and Arbroath in the 1940's and 1950's.
Visits to view can be arranged for any time of day, during the week and at weekends. On parle francais.
